We deliver within the UK only. We can't deliver to the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or outside the UK.
When will my rug be sent?
- Order before 10am, Monday to Friday: dispatched the same day.
- Order after 10am, or at the weekend or on a bank holiday: dispatched the next working day.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 1–2 working days after dispatch. For example, an order placed at 9am on a Tuesday is dispatched that day and usually arrives on Wednesday or Thursday.
Tracking
When your order is on its way, the courier sends you tracking details by email or text, so you can follow your parcel.
When your rug arrives
Your rug arrives rolled. Larger rugs are heavy, so it helps to have a second pair of hands on delivery day. Unroll it and let it lie flat for a day or two to relax.
Late or damaged parcel?
If your parcel hasn't arrived 2 working days after dispatch, or it arrives damaged, email us at info@homestoreonline.co.uk with your order number (and photos if anything is damaged). We reply the same working day, Monday to Friday 9am–5pm. A rug damaged in delivery can be returned or exchanged free of charge: see Returns, Refunds & Exchanges.
