Which size neutral rug should I choose?

How do I look after a Hush rug?
Vacuum regularly on a low setting without a beater bar, following the direction of the pile. Blot spills immediately with a clean white cloth, then spot clean gently with cold water and a little mild detergent. Pale neutrals show marks sooner than dark colours, so act quickly, and use a professional rug cleaner for deeper cleaning.
Is the pile thick, and will the rug shed?
No, Hush rugs have a fine, very low pile, which is why they sit so neatly under furniture and doors. New rugs can release a few loose fibres at first; this settles with regular vacuuming. The distressed, washed effect is part of the design rather than wear.
Do I need an underlay, and can I use it with underfloor heating?
On wooden, tiled or stone floors we recommend a good rug underlay to help hold the rug in place and add comfort underfoot. If you have underfloor heating, choose an underlay designed for it and check your heating manufacturer's guidance before laying any rug.
