Description
Mid-century warmth runs through this natural brown chevron rug, where caramel, chocolate, black and cream parallelograms line up in bold herringbone arrows. Portland Natural Brown carves channels around every shape, so each stands up from the glossy polyester pile like a cushion. Rich in colour and soft to the touch, it grounds a living room, family room or bedroom with warmth and structure.
The horizontal arrows mix caramel and chocolate with sharp black and soft cream, a warm palette with plenty of contrast. Pair it with a cognac leather or cream sofa, walnut and teak, brass and rattan, and walls in warm white or olive. Choose 160 x 225 cm for a three-seater sofa, 120 x 170 cm for a snug, or 80 x 150 cm beside a bed.

Care
Vacuum on a low setting without a beater bar, following the pile; blot spills straight away; professional clean when needed.
Tip: use an anti-slip underlay on hard floors. It keeps the rug flat and makes vacuuming easier.
Delivery & returns
Free delivery to UK mainland addresses. Larger rugs are heavy, so it helps to have a second pair of hands on delivery day.
If your rug isn't right, return it unused within 30 days and we'll cover the return postage. Your refund goes back to your original payment method.

Sculpt questions
Which size of 3D carved rug should I choose?
For a living room with a three-seater sofa, choose 160 x 225 cm. The 120 x 170 cm size suits a smaller lounge, a two-seater sofa or a bedroom. Use 80 x 150 cm beside a double bed or under a reading chair, and 60 x 110 cm for a bedside, doorway or hearth.
How do I clean a carved shaggy rug?
Vacuum regularly on a suction-only setting, or with the beater bar switched off, following the direction of the pile. Run your fingers or a soft brush along the carved channels now and then to lift the pile. Blot spills promptly with a clean, damp cloth, and use a professional rug cleaner for a deeper clean.
Will the pile shed?
Like most new shaggy rugs, Sculpt rugs can release a few loose fibres at first. This settles with regular vacuuming. If a strand stands higher than the rest, trim it level with scissors rather than pulling it. Brushing the pile by hand helps lift any areas flattened by furniture.
Do I need an underlay, and can I use it with underfloor heating?
On wood, laminate or tiled floors, we recommend a rug underlay or gripper, sold separately, to help keep the rug in place and add cushioning, especially for the smaller sizes. If you have underfloor heating, check your system's guidance on rugs and underlays before laying.
What are your delivery and returns terms?
All Sculpt rugs come with free UK mainland delivery. If the colour or size is not quite right in your room, you can return it within 30 days, postage paid. Torn between two colourways? Order the one you love most and see it in your own light before you decide.
